Default Permanent changes in cmd ROUTE?

How do I make permanent ROUTE changes in cmd?

I make changes like:
route delete 0.0.0.0

But when I restart my computer everything return to normal.
How do I make them permanent?

Thanks!

route -p delete 0.0.0.0

That will delete your default gateway.
