Default Easy raise or easy fold?

Villain is TAG after 170 hands and down a lot in that sample.

Full Tilt 5/10 Hold'em (4 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
Hero raises, 1 fold, SB calls, BB calls.

Flop: (6 SB) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, BB bets, Hero folds, SB folds.

Final Pot: 3 BB

Why is it raise or fold? I'd peel.

The thing here, if you raise, you could get 3-bet, at which point you'd probably have to muck.

The issue, is that donk/3-betting is pretty common here with as little as a flush draw, and we may be ahead, or we may have outs vs an ace high FD, etc.

If we had AK, or any unpaired hand that had a better chance of being ahead of a flush draw, than I'd be a bit more likely to raise.

Instead of giving him a chance to 3-bet me out of this pot, I'm ok with a peel. I probably do tend to take a raise/fold approach to this spot too much though, in reality.
