Those things can not take away our enjoyment of being in a close race to getting into the playoffs. It's a baseball playoff race, you should enjoy it.

Ok, I understand what you're trying to say. I guess I can still enjoy these games knowing full well that our team is not the favorite to win the series if we get in.

Our team is very bad in comparison to the rest of the league? I think not. If they get in, they have just as good a chance as anyone in the NL to get to the Series. Every team has holes. This team had some horrible luck and various problems during the first 1/3rd of the season, but has been among the best since then. I'm not saying this is a great team by any means, but I think we still have only seen glimpses of what the team could be in October if a few things go our way.
