I'm an aunt!

Anyway, my sister in law gave birth this evening to Aiden William. 20 inches long, 7lbs 11oz.




I'm a good aunt, I bought him a birthday gift. Bottle of good scotch to save until he turns 21.

Yes, he's actually the first grandchild on both sides of his family.

And the horse situation... I actually got a new filly, she's supposed to arrive from vancouver next month, I'm going to start a thread about her when she gets here. It's a long, happy story. [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

I think the ladies posting here more doesnt have a lot to do with it. I think its more of the fact that the people who post here have more common sense than anywhere else on the board.

Is it only me who gets kind of grossed out, though, by hearing how long a baby is? All I can think of is passing that thing when I hear that, and my only way to relate to that as a guy is to think of passing a two-foot turd.

Oh well, so much for the common sense. I swear though, when I hear how heavy a baby is, that's fine, but how long it is makes me go eeewwwwwww.
