Default $11 - Push 66 in BB against one limper?

Does anyone know if there is a way to evaluate a hand using ICM if you include someone who has limped?

Villain in this hand is 17/0. In the previous round I had shoved on the button with Villain in the BB (which was folded by both the blinds), so I think my fold equity is down a little.

Villains stats are over 40 hands - so I can't assume he limps with premium hands, I think about 90% of the time this is going to be a coin flip.

Seat 1 - CO ($3530 in chips)
Seat 2 - Button ($2700 in chips)
Seat 3 - Small Blind ($2030 in chips)
Seat 4 - Hero ($1515 in chips)
Seat 6 - UTG ($2110 in chips)
Seat 7 - Villain ($1615 in chips)
Small Blind - Posts small blind $100
Hero - Posts big blind $200

UTG - Folds
Villain - Calls $200
CO - Folds
Button - Folds
Small Blind - Folds
Hero - ?

SNGWiz

I really don't like shoving vs an 8x stack who just limped & is 17/0. Probably -EV vs likely ranges.
