Am I missing something or does that EV graph not confirm that fgators is a huge nit who folds too much and doesn't bluff ever and so while he might be a slight winner pre-rake he's a loser after rake?

i doubt u are running worse than 20k below expectation over 1.4 million hands. let just say you are running 40k below expectation which is 200 buy in. you are still only up 20k in 1.4million hands which equals to about .35bb/100 which means u still suck at poker. But in reality, i doubt u are just running -.35bb/100 which is prob better than 50% of the players so hey u are in the majority ship it.
