What mistakes do you think I have made in this hand? Personally I'm not sure I should be playing AJ in this position and I should have probably bet the turn.

preflop : raise more if you want to play but I fold with your stack / hand / position.

Flop looks good. Checking behind would not be horrible.

Bet the turn

call/fold pre. by raising you get rid of hands you should be happy to play with.

I like a limp behind pre, and you have to bet the turn since he might be drawing.

I think I like the idea of limping most. It would keep the pot small, therefore I don't have to pay too much to price out draws. Plus I would be able to get away from the hand easier if someone becomes overly aggressive.

Which means he's going to keep calling or betting into any board until he hits his sorry little flush on the river, which I'm guessing he did.

If you had like 1000 or 1500 in the same situation? would you still fold?

Rex u should always c-bet that board heads-up after raising Pre.

I would fold this like always Pre-flop, and I think a limp is worse then a raise. AJo is not the hand to be playing multi-way as blinds will likely see the flop cheaply behind.

As played if you raise its t350 at a min. Makes your c-bet t450-t500 on the flop and you have a no brainer Pot Sized shove on the turn given your read.
