Hello,

First of all, we are very sorry for the time it has taken to have this problem resolved. At first we didn't think this update Full Tilt made to their system would be difficult to adapt our system to. But it turned out that we needed to develop a whole new script, to get the systems to work together.

Good news is that we now believe to have found a solution, and expect to have the stats up and running before the end of this week.

Please note that the missing stats don't affect your rakeback, nor when the rakeback is going to be paid out. All generated rake is stored in Full Tilt's system as usual, and this is what we base all payouts on.
