Default Rakerebate reduced my rakeback

I signed up with rakerebate because of the rakeback deal they offer on rakebacknetwork.com: redninespoker up to 65%.
So I started off with 50% rakeback for the first four days and today they wrote me an email that prima changed their regulations and that I will only get 30%.

">> Because of the new rules at Prima we can only offer 30% since that is the
>> cap.
>>
>> Kind regards
>> Mikaela Edestav
>> RakeRebate.net"

I am a high volume player and would get 60% with the deal they still offer at their own website (rakerebate.net)and at rakebacknetwork.com.
They are breaking the deal I signed up for. Thats a total scam.

Is there anything I can do?

Exactly, there are no more %'s above 30% anymore on Prima. Not grandfathering in players is pretty bad though but that is what Prima wanted to do.

So there is absolutely no way anyone can get higher than 30% contributed RB at Prima? There is one somewhat reputable group here offering 45-50%, is this just a load of mularkey?

I'm sorry you feel scammed by us, but this is up to primapoker and not us. We would of course prefer to be able to offer the old deal as it's almost impossible for us to bring new players in after the new rules enforced by prima.

Rednines are however running a new promo for Nintendo Wii which is a pretty good deal, seats for different live events will also be offered soon.

Best regards,
Thomas

You do understand that if RakeRebate continued to pay you 60% then their affiliate account would be terminated by Red Nines and you would get nothing at all?

What do you hope to accomplish by disparaging the affiliate?

Well, "all" other Primas are not lowering rb for existing players before Feb 2007 from what I've heard. So the real question is rather why RedNines would cut their rakeback before they have to? Sounds like bad customer service to me.
And while what a skin decides is normally not the affilate's fault, Rakerebate is the major (only?) owner of RedNines so in this case it is very much a valid question!?

(when I reveiced their email I immediately withdrew all funds on RedNines and at the moment I'm happy playing at my 60%+ account elsewhere)

You still do offer the deal on your website though (even now at this moment). In this way you are trapping new customers like me even after the cut was made. I withdrew all funds from another site 4 days ago (where I still get 50%)because of your 65% deal. That cost me 100$ exchange fee ($--> EUR). To get the money to your site I again had to pay fees to get the money there. Now I even got less rake back (another 100$) then I would have got when I sticked to the other site. Now I have to withdrew from your site (100$ fee) and deposit again on the other one.

You cost me more than 300$!

Thats why I feel scammed!
