my image is that of a standard tag and I dont think he has seen me showdown yet

I saw him make a similar bet on the river with tpgk on a pretty scary board and get payed off by middle pair

I understadn im representing a pretty limited range but he just seemed like an overall weak tight player and I felt I could push him off of any jack

yes or no

Looks like a huge spew to me. Could you elaborate on reasons for raising the turn?

As a side not im not really sure betting small to induce a shove is part of his arsenal

I saw him take a c/c flop lead turn line with medium to weak strength hands, 1 tpgk and 1 flush draw (both hands got to showdown and he won both) also as said before he made the same type of blockish bet on the river with tpgk while open shoving his flush

again maybe 2 hands isnt a strong enough base to make this play

so your river bluff is legit. i like this. he doesn't have a big hand and doesn't want you to raise. he also probably doesn't think you will bluff here.

I don't think he takes this line with a J planning to fold (unless he's stupid). Would be so easy to convince himself that he induced a bluff with his funky play (which is a good line to induce a bluff).

i hate hate hate this. he's getting 2.4-1 on a dryish board where a jack looks pretty "strong" and he's going to talk himself into a call because of the dumb line he took.

btw, bet more on the flop.
