Default (55$) QQ 5 handed shortstacked

Button ($3,385)
SB ($4,285)
BB ($5,085)
Hero ($2,430)
CO ($4,815)

ANTES/BLINDS
SB posts blind ($100), BB posts blind ($200).

PRE-FLOP : Hero has Q Q
Hero bets $600, CO calls $600, Button folds, SB folds, BB folds.

FLOP: 5 A 8
Hero checks, CO bets $4,215 and is all-in, Hero calls $1,830 and is all-in.

Wonder what you guys think. Should i fold here? I don't Cbet since i only get rid of worse hands which might bluff me if i check.
Opponent vpips 30, really rarely raises preflop and has flop agression 3, and hes sharkscope record shows real small number of games and minus roi.

Pretty gross spot - I think we check-fold. IMO we're getting flatted PF by an ace a very large amount of the time here. You could also bet/fold but that would leave you very short...

All in all I think it's a tricky hand - we could just shove preflop (which would be better if there were antes), but QQ may be strong enough that we can handle getting flatted the rare time here. We obviously go broke on any non-ace flop, but here I think we just gotta give up and still be glad we have almost 10 bbs left.

You can get a lot more value out of this hand be making a standard raise than shoving preflop, though if you shove all the time and think people will notice that you are raising then a shove is probably best.

I think on this flop you have to check/fold though you probably are right about check/calling being better than just shoving the flop. On a K high flop I would like getting it in much more.

By shoving pre you avoid tough spots like this one.

I've ran some ICM on my fold and call/win equitys, turns out i need 43% to break even, and even more to get some +EV here, and even against guy with such profile i can't expect that i guess. Couldn't figure that out in heat of battle though.
