Default 5/10 AK turns top pair

Villain is 33/15 over 40 hands at this table. Haven't seen him do anything out of the ordinary post-flop.

Should I 3-bet this turn?

This seems like a good spot to raise the river. I don't see how he can raise there if he doesn't beat top pair top kicker. I think you have the nuts on the turn, but I like waiting for the river to raise him and get a curiosity call, whereas you might lose him on the turn.

3 betting and waiting until the river are both fine. There are very few 5's in his range. The only hands that have you beat are A5, 77, and A7. So much of his range is AT AQ AJ maybe even A9 that not putting in another bet is a mistake imo.

3-bet the turn. his range is highly slanted towards worse Ax when he c/r's. He'll never fold either so you might as well get value.

3bet turn, bc he might check river again with a worse Ace fearing that he is outkicked.

I agree, 3-bet the turn here. Probably raise the river, calling is OK too.

3 bet the turn. Based on more realistic combos of A9,AT,AJ,AQ against A5,A7,55 and 77.
