Default rebuy structure?

I'm holding a charity poker tourney soon. We're going to have a $20 buy-in. We also want to have rebuys for the first hour. How much should we charge, and how many chips should the rebuy earn the player? (ie does a $10 rebuy allow the player to get a full stack of chips?)

I charge same price for same amount of chips. For example: Buy in $20 for T1000; rebuy is the same. If you really want to encourage rebuys making it $10 for T1000 should certainly do that.

I would keep the cost of each chip the same throughout.

For example, for your $20 buyin you could give 1000 chips. Then people could rebuy for $10 for 500 (when they get below 500 or bust) or $20 for 1000 (when they bust).
