brag: spend more time on this forum than working for the company that actually pays me

beat: spend more time posting/chatting/responding with people I have never met that tell me "my parents should have used their right to exercise adoption" than interacting with co-workers that actually like me

Is there any way to determine if a company is tracking your web use? Is there a process running or something else I can look for?
