Default 10+1 MTT: TPTK, Can I get away here?

Hand from the 15K GTD on stars, been playing tight (24 VPIP) and shown quality hands. What can I put the him on here?

First, 24 VP$IP isn't tight at 9 handed tables.

To answer the subject, no, you can't get away here. He could have a smaller PP and figure you missed with an AQ AK KQ type of hand, he could have JT QJ KJ, he could have a flush draw, etc. I mean you're not always ahead here, could be sneaky with an overpair, or hit a set, but you have to call.

Well considering MP1 pushed, you can't re-raise because no one else is in the hand.

You have good pot odds to call and you have TPTK. You are probably ahead of his range (I don't have PokerStove at work otherwise I would run the numbers), so this should be an easy call.

Ok, I'll give in that my post was an attempt to soothe my hurt ego for losing this hand (He had KK). With that in mind though, is this play of premium hands common for these low BI tourneys?
