oh oops I knew I forgot something:

BTN is a regular he's 18/12 after ~80 hands very aggressive but he doesn't 3-bet too often.

i just fold it, there's so many limpers his 3-bet range is basically aa kk and sometimes jj. if he's loose then aks as well, but he's not.

Why re-raising AKs here is loose? Because of a lot of raise calls before?

This was my first thought as well. He's capitalizing on the multiple cold callers and the fact that he has the button. Put the money in and if you're beat or racing, so be it. The people in between have juiced the pot a little w/ their dead money and the button's pfr% of 12 is plenty high enough for him to be making a move here on the button.

My problem with shoving here is that he's only calling if ur racing or behind. He's never calling when you're way ahead. You're risking $97.55 to win $41. Though I think folding isn't great either.
