Well, I got sick and tired of grinding 7k hands/day at full ring. It was good money but i was just burned out. I took like 6 months off basically and my roll started to get relatively low.

So I switched to 6 max. I had a bad experience about a year ago when I tried jumping into 2-4 nl and got my ass kicked.

This time I just approached it differently, really worked on my game. Billyjex has really helped me a lot with improving some fundamental leaks. I'm really excited about poker again, it's like all these new layers are being peeled away. Full ring was really robotic and no fun for me.

I haven't been playing on ft long, just moved there a few weeks ago from stars. Datamining + 6th sense + rb = waayyyyyy better than stars, not to mention i think the games are slightly easier on ftp. Stars was worth it in the past with supernova and milestones when I was churning out 7k hands a day, but now I'm playing only 4 tables.

By exploitable, what do you mean (in general)? Just that they fold too much and/or don't pay attention to how you keep bluff raising them or something?

I never really try to play against regulars (even the bad ones) so I'm not sure what you guys mean..

Really? I think a lot of the 17-11's and 22-10s try to play against me all the time. The call the PFR, float the turn, and fold to the second barrel. I think they do this alot when i'm running closer to 28-21 or something a little laggier.

Who knows though, that just might be my selective memory.

I think they're exploitable in the sense that they have a huge steal range on button especially and cutoff to a lesser extent, but they are far too tight to ever call a 3-bet with the vast majority of their range. therefore, exploitable.

damn that sounds a lot like me. fortunately, at nl100 people are bad enough that i think raising junk OTB is still profitable as long as its not into a good player that 3-bets frequently.
