Default Cannot browse to specific websites on home computer

I cannot browse to any websites on my home computer relating to a specific DNS (www.worldofwarcraft.com). Everytime I try I get a timeout error. I also tried pinging the site and get ping timeouts. This problem has been occurring for about 2-3 weeks and it happens in both FireFox and IE6.

I run windows XP Pro,have current up to date virus protection and ran a spyware/adware scan several times with nothing showing up. I run through a linksys router, but I am basically using out of the box default settings on that.

Any idea's how to fix this?

When you say "on my home computer", does that mean it works for other computers? This could be an ISP issue.

When you go to Control Panel and then internet Properties do you have anything listed under restricted sites?

Any other computers in the house? I want to know if it's your machine or if it's your Internet Service Provider.

I had a similar problem a few months ago. I was unable to access a particular website from my home network. It turns out my linksys router had gone bad. I replaced it and everything was fine.
