Default 100NL LIVE -- did I misplay my Aces?

Hard Rock in Tampa, $1/$2 NL, 9 or 10 players, Hero has $71 in chips, and is covered by most players on the table.

Caliber of play is what I call "Championship Hold'Em": most players are tight aggressive, Seat 8 is talking about making $4K off Internet poker as "an OK month", Seat 4 is involved in maybe 5% of pots. Hero has a relatively loose image, due to a suckout on an all-in, picking up small pots, and generally acting like a donk.

Hero is SB in seat 10, dealt A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
UTG (tight, but can be a calling station and will pull the trigger w/o the nuts) raises to $8, all fold to Hero, who raises to $26. UTG calls.
Hero moves all in (9 reds) dark.

Thoughts?

(this is my first strat post. tell me what i've done wrong.)

Just wait for the flop, hope there is no A or K and then shove.

Profit.

I don't think you misplayed here except maybe the dark part. With your stack, you aren't laying down aces after the flop anyway. I probably would have shoved any flop but just waited till it came out. The only downside to shoving dark was the fact you pretty much played your hand face up.

I dunno, a set of Aces is usually a good thing, right?

This was my concern as soon as my chips crossed the line. I was like "well, obviously the only hand I do this with is aces", but because I looked like the sucker at the table, maybe they thought I'd do this with any pair.

So do I post results in white?

Yeah but it rarely gets paid off. The irony of it is usually it doesn't get paid off because people with KK or QQ are afraid you have one ace.

Yah i really don't see the point of this at all. you only have 50 dollar left. Wait 2 seconds and bet like a normal person. i'd bet 40 dollars except if the flop came 2,3,4 then i would fold

And its generally one of those things you'll want to slowplay a bit, something you can't do when you've moved all in dark.

Are you serious? I'm never folding AA to an UTG raiser when there is already ~$50 in the pot and I only have $45 left behind. Was that last sentence mistyped or did I miss something?
