Default Top pair on monotone in reraised pot.

Villain in this hand is a LAG, probably a bit on the spewy side, but tough to play against. 3 bets fairly light. My image is TAG.

No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $5/$10
5 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $102
Hero: $1.109
Button: $2.013
SB: $1.212
BB: $1.285

Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is CO with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
UTG folds, Hero raises to $35, Button raises to $115, 2 folds, Hero calls.

don't like it.

Pretty much the only hand we have crushed is AJ with no club. Although thats in his range, i doubt we'll extract value from him. I think anything we have beat is slowing down on the turn, so we're just pissing in the wind. Whereas its very likely he has your hand or better except with a club. I don't like this play when its extremely probable that we're drawing to a chop

My thinking on the turn is that the pot is huge, I have the best hand the majority of the time, but there are many river cards that can either give me the worst hand, or allow me to get easily bluffed. Shoving now prevents him from getting there, and also prevents me from making an incorrect fold, either on the turn or the river. There may be some value in this as well, as there are many pair/draw combos he may look me up with.

Would you ever lead flop if you had Kc? Play this hand in that fashion.

Basically yeah, I was looking for a blank turn to put it in on, as my equity improves a decent chunk against his range if a blank rolls off here.
