Very difficult to say without any reads at all. I would probably just go ahead and push here and hope for a call by AK/KQ or a committed flush draw. If he's slowplayed a big hand out of position here on a dangerous board or called $150 with a 9 and he's playing the turn this hard I'm just gonna have to pay him off.

AX i dont think a 9 is gonna lead the turn like this, at least not this big. shove this [censored] all day
