Check out thinkorswim and optionsxpress - they both specifically cater to online stock option traders and get (mostly) good reviews.

Checkout tradeking. Their commissions are cheaper than OPX.

What kind of options trading? If it's just simple buying and selling of puts and calls, just about any stock brokerage will suffice. Etrade can handle simple spreads.
