How big must he shove for you to fold KK here

5/10 6-max on prima, not using poker tracker, but UTG seems quite active, SB is an unknown.

UTG opens to 40, I make it 135 UTG+1 with KK, SB shoves, whats the least money he needs to shove for you to fold here?(UTG is only 1k deep, I cover the SB)
