Default ? on betting the line movement

i get nervous when the game i like moves the other way...so
how many people bet line moves for basketball (or football) ? - and which websites track line movement the quickest?

i have seen pointspread.com which lists about 7 offshore books but i don't think it shows overall movement through the week or the day

i am a screen watcher. on a lot of days i stare at it all afternoon waiting for bets. i'm trying to cut back however, because it has been hurting my poker game/profits too much.

the fastest line service is very likely the don best real time odds, given that it costs $600 a month to use.

as for the fastest free service, i have my opinion on that, but i'll let you do your own testing.

Is there any free service that tracks the line movements on a graph from opener to present like sportsinsight does on their paid service?
