Places with lousy books - NY/NY and Bellagio
The Bellagio book is tiny - if you want to sit and watch a Sat or Sun. football game, expect to get up about 5am to get a seat.

I think NY/NY is the way it is because the ESPN thing is there - but if you want to sit at a table and watch the games, we were quoted a table minimum of $40 an hour - you'll die of either alcohol or chloresterol poisoning. And the food is meh......

The Bellagio book is not as big as some others, but "tiny" isn't the best description. And they do have that cool monster screen where they put on 4 channels at once. I wish I could get a gadget like that for home.

My favorite is the Monte Carlo. In the good old days before the Corporations took over you could bet 1 game sit in the book and get blotto, but now you get tickets for every bet you make. Just make sure you bet where you watch so you can drown you sorrows when the damn kicker either makes or misses that kick that keeps you from hitting your # forcing you to go home and tell your kids "Stop studying you're going to Community College..."
