FAILURE message when withdrawing with EPASS

Just had the same thing happen here, this is not the same as the previous "failed to communicate with your bank" error message and i don't like it

Same here. I thought yesterday might have been because of the holiday but it happened again today. I sent an email this morning, still awaiting a response.

Got the same message trying to withdraw early this afternoon.

I called ePass about 20 minutes ago to talk about something else and tehy told me their whole system was down and to call back in 2 to 3 hours.

I posted this because I thought maybe Epassporte was freezing my account for excessive withdraws or something...

Sounds like good news, and just a glitch. Has anyone been able to withdraw to Epass visa? I emptied my account, so I can't try it.
