Default $ 55: Playing for 2nd or for 1st-spot

PartyPoker, Big Blind is t300 (3 handed) Converter on pregopoker.com

Button (t6455)
Hero (t2105)
BB (t1440)

Preflop: Hero is in SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
Button raises to t6455 (All-in), Hero ?

First hand ITM
Reads: BB is definitely capable to fold behind me without a monster if I call. I can also not be that sure, that I will outplay him for 2nd place (of course normally I would...).
Button has been raising all-in a lot on the bubble but gave me the impression that he is kind of the player who does not understand, that ITM this system might work a little different (anyway it seems a 100% pushing situation for him).

1a) Do you push here (on his spot with 96s)?
1b) Why (not)?
2a) If you were hero: do you call here?
2b) Why (not?)
3) If your answer to 2a is "of course, moron": what do you call here with (in the game, not after using SNGPT...)

yes I push with the big stack. The blinds are too big not to. AJs is toward the bottom of the list of hands I call with here.
