Datamining UltimateBet?

I have tried using ultimate grabber (found on the Poker Tracker site) to datamine UltimateBet, but after the tables are open for a minute or two I get a pop up error that says I have to close the HH window and reopen it to get another hand. How do people datamine this site? I'm probably being a retard and doing something wrong, but confirmation would be cool
