Default Book on cash games?

I've read Harrington on Hold 'Em Volumes I and II, and am currently reading Volume III. They're great books, and I've become much better at tournaments because of them. But the books only cover tournament strategy, and I've been losing quite a bit of money in ring games.

What book, following Action Dan's Tight-Agressive style, would be good to read to learn cash game strategies?

If anyone is willing to explain the prime difference in strategy between a cash game and a tournament game, I'd be happy to know.

I just finished reading (actually rereading for the 3rd time) "No Limit Holdem - Theory and Practive" by Sklansky and Miller and it is very good. They state that it isn't necessaryly a cash game or tournament book, however the majority of the examples are smaller cash game problems. Just like SSHE it is a very detailed and math orientated book and will need several readings to sink in.

Angel Largay's "No Limit Texas Holdem - A Complete Course" is also a very good compliment to NLHTP as it teaches more of the personal aspects such as reading people, tells, reading hands etc. This is strickly a live game book however and not of much use for online.

I think these two along with HOH1 will give most players a very good basis for winning in live cash games. Harrington give the best basic play, and I feel his first book works win Ts or cash games since it is pretty basic. Sklanskt's book give you that edge that goes beyong HOH and Angel's book again takes you to another level by being able to read the table and use the technical skills HOH and NLHETP give.

That is a part of the reason why we do not have one.
