He has a very high AF for how loose he is preflop.

This makes me think he is either drawing, or flopped something big. He almost definately would have raised an ace, or led the ace on this flop.

One draw just got there. I am fearing a check raise on this turn. Its possible our hand is best, but I think we will maximize our value by checking behind on this turn.

If the river brings a diamond then we are betting/raising/allining. If it bricks then I am willing to call some bets. Maybe 8-10 max. If he has a flushdraw and you check behind this turn he is firing the river. He will also fire with hands like J10, J9, etc.
