Default betsson (and ongame skins) / newbie

hi, i'm more of an poker player, don't know chit about sportsbetting.
but what i don't understand is, at betsson, both teams you van bet on everywhere, they pay out positive
NHL atlanta VS New jersey 2.25 4.00 2.60
so 1$ on on atlanta pays $2.25
and 1$ on new jersey pays $2.60
this can't be right, i always though one team (the favorite) pays less than what you betted it on.
can someone help me?!?!

This is (European style) three-way market. Tie is a separate event (you can bet it at 4.00) so if you bet a team to win and the game ties, your money is not returned.

+125
+300
+160

$1 stake pays $1.25, for example.

When they quote $2.25 for Atlanta to win - if you bet $1 on Atlanta and you win - you get $2.25 back (of which $1 is your bet back and $1.25 is your winnings)
