Default KK

Hey I don't post hands all that much so forgive today I'm just in the mood.

Full Tilt 2/4, 5 handed

Villain isn't a very good player, pretty loose but not sure about his aggression

Hero raises K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] UTG and everone folds to the SB who calls, BB calls

Flop: Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

SB bets, BB folds, Hero calls

Turn: 2 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

SB bets, Hero calls

River: T [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

SB bets, Hero calls

Standard WA/WB line no? With a better read we could raise the river, to be honest I probably do so anyway.

You can really raise just about anywhere, but the river is where the cool kids do it.

Raise the turn if you think he's on a flush draw, raise the river if you think he has a pair or A high. I guess AF kinda matters here. If he's passive, I'm more incline to think he has a pair and if he's aggressive, I'm more incline to think he will bet with a draw.

Just to be sure, are we raise/folding or raise/calling?

I didn't really want to raise the river here because it looks like to me that every hand checks the river but a Queen. Then when I raise the river (or anywhere else for that matter) what do I do when 3bet?

Quite a whacky way for the villain to play QX. I'd be inclined to throw a raize somewhere, take your pick.

Villain's aggression factor is important. Against an unknown and against a passive player I would take the same line you did. If I had a read that villain was aggressive enough to be betting something like TT+ or A high then I would raise the river.

I think it's fine. I might raise the river, with the plan of making a crying call against a 3-bet.
