Its impossible to narrow a donks range without a reads, and I check this flop, probably, unless I'm paying attention, which I'm usually not.

I'd bet the flop, as I think a lot of worse hands call.

so i am really new at this, poker and posting. Can someone explain to me why alot of you would check the flop. What would have to come on the flop for you to bet it?

OOP early in a SnG top pair and not top kicker isn't very good.

I like betting the flop but checking is not bad. Betting turn is good.
