Don't have any problems with good players being boring.
Why do they need to banter with each other? The producers need to find better announcers. In most sports the players rarely speak while playing. The announcers keep the telecast moving and interesting. Just heard an interview with a MMA fighter. Some of those guys shouldn't be allowed behind the mike. Same with many poker players.

I'm waiting to see a massive bluff by Barry. I'm waiting for Ted to call get an exact read on what his opponent has, and to call it out. I'm waiting for Cunningham to make a crazy call with second pair after hearing Jamie Gold talk way too much. Just because they don't have gimmicks or schticks, doesn't make them boring in my opinion.
