Default shaving pubic hair

What sort of razor do you guys use? What sort of shaving gel/cream? I was thinking of getting an electric razor considering I am very sensitive down there (i.e usually pretty bad razor burn). Any old threads on this that might be helpful (I searched and found nothing, but I couldn't believe OOT hadn't discussed this before). Thoughts?

I have two razors in my bathroom, one for my face and one for down there, they are both the Gillette Good News 2-blade disposable razors and I use the 99cent Colgate Aloe shaving foam. The razor burn is something you grow out of, I used to have it really bad until I learned to go WITH the grain and not apply too much pressure, I shave pubic region, balls and that area between my ass and my balls in the shower maybe once or twice a month this way with no cuts or irritation.

Go electric - You can get a rechargable shaver at Wal-Mart for like $15-20, and even though it doesn't say you can use it in the water, it'll work fine.

Yes. Of course OOT has discussed before. Work on your search skills (past 2 years, subject only, terms "+shave -re:").

lol I came in here to say pretty much exactly this... I forget who but someone responded to the question "How often should I shave my pubes?" with "A good indicator is every time we have this thread"

Just make sure u plug it in first so u dont get a static charge from the electricity in the water.
