GPA Prop bet

Me and my roommate are going for a decent sized bet (at least for us as we aren't the wealthiest of people) of 50 bucks on who will have the higher GPA this semester. It's a small attempt to help each other get motivated to do a little better this semester.

I've got about a 1.9 CUM GPA from the first 2 years, so it wouldn't be a bad idea to try a little harder this year....

As opposed to seeing who can have the higher GPA, make the bet something like:

If one of you has over 2.0 and the other doesnt they owe $20 bucks.

If one of you has over 2.5 and the other doesnt they owe $50 bucks.

If one of you has over 3.0 and the other doesnt they owe $100 bucks.

If both of you have over 3.0, no one wins but at least youre not complete fucktards anymore

Yeah, apparently playing poker all night and sleeping through the day and skipping classes doesn't help your GPA...

I did this in high school, and it bumped my GPA up a full like .75 points.

Edit: That sounds really small.. I basically went from B+s to As/A+s.
