I think it's worse when you play on-line because there is no one to react to. I don't care how much you work on your mental management, there is something quite primeval that comes to the surface when you big-blind grudge called with rags and your AK is busted.

Odd that it doesnt matter to me if it's a $5 or $50 (my max) STT i can still react the same way.

i always have a spare mouse standing by.

Zen and the art of poker is the best poker book i have ever read. and i have read a lot of poker books. after reading that i became soooooo chilled. it teaches u to never change state whether u rake a huge pot or lose a huge pot, just stay in a constant state of chilled goodness...

listening to the correct music is definitely key in this...
my friend when driving listening to his gangster music turns into an insane loonatic whereas when there is no music he is calm and controlled...
