Hey mods. Next time you start a new Party Regulars thread please start two. One for all the garbage such as brags, beats, trash talk, and just general douchery. The other can be for things like news, player analysis, scripts etc.

I am pretty sure I am not the only one who is getting kind of sick of sifting through all the garabage. I know it is reader beware, but every once in a while there is some very good stuff so would be good to have without all the crap.

I am all for it. I hate serious discussion in this thread and I love bs like graphs/brags/whines/and 10k fights. I think its primary purpose of it . It would be great to have two threads so people who dont wish to participate in either (9cao in bs one and me in serious one) could save teir time.

I think that in general 600NL is significantly tougher but sometimes its comparable. For example its amazingly soft last 2 months in my opinion.
5/10 is much much tougher as its packed with decent/good/great regs.
10/20 have more fish than 5/10 but again the regs are even better.

How about this...

**PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING EMAIL IS BEING SENT NOT ONLY BY ME, BUT BY OTHER CONCERNED PLAYERS. THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN MADE PUBLIC ON www.TWOPLUSTWO.COM AND OTHER POKER FORUMS**

Dear PartyPoker,

I am a regular player at PartyPoker. I am very unhappy about your currency conversion rates.

Fairly basic calculations show that PartyPoker extracts just over 3% in profit on each transaction. This is possible because your rates converting from my home currency to $US and then back again are different. I know of one example of someone purchasing $1000 CDN, converting it to $US, and then immediately after, back to $CA, and they would end up with just $928 CDN - before even playing a hand! This is obviously very excessive.

By contrast, when a player sits at a table in a currency other than their own currency, the same exchange rate is charged for both transactions (between their home currency and $USD). This is fair and reasonable.

I understand that your company needs to make a profit, and as a poker player, I am willing to pay the rake and/or tournament fees for you to run poker games. However, I think it is wrong that you take additional money from me for currency transactions - currency transactions that are not part of your core business, and currency transactions that take an excessive amount of money from me.

As a long term (VIP) player I do not see why I should pay these extra costs simply to make a cash out. Why should I lose an extra 3% of my earnings, and be charged for this in a deceptive manner? Other sites do not use impose these hidden costs on players.

I hope that you will adjust these rates as they are very unfair. This has become another reason NOT to play on Party Poker.

regards,
XXXXXXXXX
