Default tough turn spot w/ small str8 vs tournament professional

online HU 50/100nl vs phil hellmuth...

phil seemed to be tilting earlier in the match (whining in chat, playing aggro PF) but hes been playing tighter and much more passively after doubling thru my QJ w/ KJ on a Q62-K (he c/c the flop, hes been peeling flops reeeal light in and OOP) as well as winning a few other small pots... hes been limping BTN tons adn ive seen him showdown J2o, QJs after limping so he can obv have a v wide range (TT and J7o are absolutely possible here)

eff stacks 10K, he limps, i just check 67o (i had been raising his limps alot so this def defines my hand somewhat)

flop T [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]8 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]3 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
i bet 150, he calls

turn 9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
i check, he bets 400, i CR to 1450, he makes it 3500 total...

ive CRed v little thus far as hes been generally passive (everytime ive tried hes just checked back insta) so my turn raise is repping a pretty strong hand obv (which i happen to have)...
that said, felt this or time for a big laydown?

i understand y u say that but i had been giving up in similar situations ALOT (cause he calls down so light) and i wanted to show him a check w/ a big hand 4 metagame as well as a chance to win a big pot...
also i mightve exaggerated how much he checx back as i was comparing him to stndrd online hu hsnl opp

I know I'd use this as a rationale for pushing in this spot. (he knows that I know that I have been giving up, thus he thinks I'm checkraising light..) but I think a fold might be best here actually.

Also own him with the fold and show button.

im not sure how Hellmuth plays cash other than bad, but if he plays similar to tournies, which I suspect, he wouldnt be 3 betting TTT or two pair or a combo draw on this turn. He seems to love outplaying his opponent and leaving all the main decision for the river so that leads me to think he would be calling trips and two pairs and combo draws when you CR instead of 3 betting them. So this makes me think he has air or nothing, but given your lack of CRing so far, it would be a really really stupid spot to 4 bet with air or one pair as a total bluff. I think i can let this go.

i think u fold, tourney players always seem to have the nuts on really drawy boards when they reraise small esp when reraised small back like this. I think he raises a set to at least 4k this has to be a straight and not 67 b/c i also believe he raises 67 to at least 4k

Has Hellmuth used blocking bets at all in the session. This turn line looks like pair+draw and this bet fits perfectly with that.
