"What is it girl? Did Old Man Johnson try to buy the empty lot in a real-estate arbitrage maneuver designed to increase the real value of his holdings? And he took out an interest only loan to finance the move? Well, I agree there's a risk associated with such a move, but I don't think your plan of short-term pork bellies futures is the way to go."
