Default 5/10 Tough turn wpot with QQ 150BBs deep

Villain is Gawyn for those who are familiar with himI have never played with him before though, and dont have PA HUD running, and he hasn't been at the table long. From what I've been told he's pretty good and aggro. I'm pretty sure given that we're deep, and the pot is heads up that his range for raising the flop is super wide. I was totally lost as to what I should do on the turn here. I really hate all my options and I'd love to hear some thoughts.

this is an all in or fold, and i think i fold.
could me 76/78/nut fd, but there's no way of knowing that unless we go all in.
i feel like villian is 3 barrelling here with a busted draw on river.
i dont think villian re raises flop with JJ here either.
looks like a fold, especially being deep.

I could see that being good with some history but keep in mind this is the first time I have ever played with this guy.

Maybe I'm resulting here but is check flop a crazy idea? It keeps the pot under control and presumably he'll bet anything with outs anyway, so the result will be the same as a bet-call, but without the possibility of him raising and landing us in this nasty spot.
