Yeah, I'm not sure what he's talking about, although it might depend on the limits you play. I think their bonus + rakeback is pretty good, especially for Americans with their poor selection of sites to play on. However, there are many reasons NOT to play on AP:

1) The current cheating scandal.
2) AP's penchance for changing bonus/rakeback terms whenever they feel so inclined, which also affects existing bonus.
3) BBJ tables with their horrible rake.
4) Miserable customer service, and their only presence on these forums is the occasional spammer.

I must admit I stopped playing there once I discovered PSO and Savvy, although I was planning on continuing to reload there from time to time. But of course now I will use it as a last resort.

Contributed. You must see the flop or in stud 4th street.

Does anyone know exactly how their BBJ rake works? Does the BBJ rake still contribute to your rb? How long are these BBJ tables going to stay?

Anyone who knowingly continues to play at Absolute Poker is hurting the world of online poker more than they realize and deserves to be cheated again.

None of your BBJ rake goes towards MGR.

1000% agreed. Nobody can say they haven't been warned and it appears some of the founders and higher ups seem to still be running things. There is no way I would trust them with $5 and playing there condones their cheating IMO. It shows other poker rooms the community doesn't care if you get caught cheating, we will still play there. What a terrible message to send.
