I've sensed weakness with the 1,200 raise instead of the all-in. Do I shove over the top?

Yes, never. How can raising half of one's stack can be a weakness? You have no FE at all and are flipping at best, so fold this all day.

M8, if you are "sensing weakness" when donks raise 3xBB for half their stack, you need totally new senses.
