Flop is bad (on top of reasons Jim stated) because making a straight may put 4 cards to the straight on the board. So from a value perspective, its weak. If your call is with the complete intention of bluffing turn/river no matter what, then it can be better justified.

[/ QUOTE ] I think it's bad after nit bets into 3 people with 2 left to act still. I'm not calling flop purely for my draw, it's obviously also so I can bluff in situations such as this one.

16/12 nit raises UTG, and then bets strong into 3 players on a very drawy flop. Yep, raising the flop would be pretty silly.

I think the flop is kinda leaky multiway. But as far as the rest goes, this looks like it will work often.
