Flop is bad (on top of reasons Jim stated) because making a straight may put 4 cards to the straight on the board. So from a value perspective, its weak. If your call is with the complete intention of bluffing turn/river no matter what, then it can be better justified.

I think the flop is kinda leaky multiway. But as far as the rest goes, this looks like it will work often.
