Default variance help

how does everyone deal with variance/monkey tilt? i think i need to start excersising again or something to get my mind off poker. im pretty sure i have a partypoker bike somewhere.

basically my last 3 weeks have been consistant losing at the highest stakes leading to the worst case of lifetilt/lack of confidence in my entire life. bbv what it do?

Why don't you stick to 5k and 10k NL? Obviously the swings of 2-60k nl hurt you as per this post.

Do you think you have an edge in those games?

learn a new game like o8 or stud. play much lower and just treat it like a pet project until you get your head straight for nl.

and stay the [censored] away from HU, as it is assuredly the easiest way to turn a bad run into life busto.

and get a dog maybe?

I don't understand why you don't just crush 5k nl and make a nice income from that...

Learn how to invest the money won from "low stakes" and then make good cash from that and rely less and less on poker.

Npz.

Dude you've obviously got some serious issues. You're not built to be a professional. I hope you get on every next season of HSP though.
