Default 10NL: JJ flopped set, 4 broadway board, any value on riv?

these hands im posting i feel like are easy answers but it may be cause of errors, so if they do seem std, then thats why...

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.05/$0.10 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $9.90
BB: $14.55
UTG: $10.70
CO: $8.70
Hero (BTN): $16.70

Reads: <font color="blue">villain is 52/20/5 over ~40 hands. i didnt raise flop because just the very hand before before i raised his flop donkbet in a similar situation, which he folded to so i didnt want to lose him this time, and hope to get 1 more bet from him. like i said above, the decision seems easy to me but im just making sure it is</font>

Preflop: Hero is dealt J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (5 Players)
UTG folds, CO calls $0.10, <font color="red">Hero raises to $0.40</font>, 2 folds, CO calls $0.30

Flop: ($0.95) J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">CO bets $0.50</font>, Hero calls $0.50

Turn: ($1.95) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">CO bets $0.90</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $3.00</font>, CO calls $2.10

River: ($7.95) Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
CO checks with about 5 left (which im putting in if i do bet)

I'd probably raise the flop here trying to get the money in. He's paying you off with AK and KQ so try to get your money in as fast as possible. Make it $2-$2.5 and get the rest in on the turn.

If he has nothing, he has nothing and you're not getting any more value from him regardless. The only way he puts more money if he's bluffing is if he hits his miracle runner runner.
