Default 100NL: What is your calling range here?

100NL 6max online

Hero ($106) is CO with QQ

Folded around to Hero, Hero raises to $3.50, folded to BB ($124), BB calls $2.50 more

Flop Qd-Jh-6d (Pot: $8)
BB checks, Hero bets $6, BB calls

Turn Qd-Jh-6d-3c (Pot: $20)
BB checks, Hero bets $12.50, BB shoves all-in having Hero covered for $84 more

I'm curious what your calling range is here. Obviously on the actual hand I had the nuts so it was a no-brainer. But it made me wonder what I'd do with other hands in this spot. For example, do you call this with 3-3 here? Q-J? AA? A-Q?, etc.

Never played with the villain before btw and this was like my fourth hand at the table so I'm pretty readless here. The only thing worth noting is that he shoved the turn pretty quickly once I bet.
