thats kind of the loophole, however you cannot have a bac of .04 while flying, and i guarantee i will not so all is well bbv4l, and no i will not bring my flask, i will bring a doobie however cause there is nothing against being high, and im sure my flight instructor would not mind joining the mile HIGH club with me. I do actually miss the mary, haven't been able to smoke since august which is a major beat, but i do take my training serious, i actually had a flight at noon yesterday/today (friday) and it went exceptionally well. jk about the doobie but it would be an experience. However i have joined the actual mile high club, if bj's count, took my gf up over the summer, lil difficult for vag intercourse while flying plane imo.
