FT's last email response to me (along w/ my prior email to them) is pasted below. My recent experience with them is that they are responding quickly to my emails (w/ in a few hours) but the responses are useless and it doesn't appear they are bothering to actually read what I write. Note below how Jason tells me the problem is w/ ePass after I specifically tell him I have called ePass and they told me my account is fine as always. And wtf does it matter that my last activity was Feb of 2007?

Hello XXXXX,

Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

After reviewing your account, I see the last successful transaction made with ePassporte was on February 23, 2007. Due to inactivity of your ePassporte account, you will need to contact ePassporte and confirm with them that your account is still active.

After the reactivation of your ePassporte account, please contact us and we will set your ePassporte account as your preferred payment processor.

Thanks in advance for your cooperation. If you have any other questions, please feel free to email us. We're always here to help.

Regards,

Jason

Jason,

Perhaps there was some confusion here but the amount of funds I have at ePassporte should not matter as I was attempting to withdraw funds FROM Full Tilt TO ePassporte. And I have checked that my address, email, and phone number all match between Full Tilt and ePassporte.

Nevertheless, I called ePassporte and they assured me my account is in good standing and there is no problem at their end. They also told me they were getting lots of calls from Full Tilt customers (and not from other sites). There are also threads at twoplustwo.com where many are complaining of problems withdrawing money from Full Tilt.

So, it really appears that the problem lies with Full Tilt and it's to the point where I am questioning if I want to have money at a site which apparently is refusing or unable to handle small withdrawal requests.

Losing patience...

Unbelievable, they just keep sending me random emails that have nothing to do with my questions. I mean, nothing in the entire email below has anything to do with the email I sent to them. I'm not even changing the name in the email below because my name is not Jason.

Hello Jason,

Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

Unfortunately, you need will need to wait the full five business days in
order to avoid further cash advance charges from your credit card
company. Unfortunately, Full Tilt Poker is unable to compensate you for
further charges within the five business day period.

Please refrain from depositing with your credit card that has been
charged cash advance fees for the full five day period. After that time,
you should be able to deposit without incurring cash advance fees.

If, after the five business days, you are still being charged cash
advance fees on your credit card deposits, please email us back
immediately so that we may investigate the situation further.

Thank you for your patience and understanding Jason. Full Tilt Poker is
dedicated to providing our players with thorough customer service. If
you have any other questions, please feel free to email us.

Regards,

Jamie S

Minor update on my saga: Apparently the first five emails you send are responded to by either a bot, retard, or insane person. But fortunately, the sixth reply from FT appeared to come from an actual person who had actually taken the time to read my email.

Unfortunately, there is still no real progress beyond FT saying that epass is refusing to accept the w/drawal from FT, and epass says they have no record of a any such attempts via FT.

My money is on this being FT's fault, but who knows? But it feels good that someone at FT is at least reading my emails and sending coherent responses.
