Default Re: Does Pokerstars have the right to take money out of my account?

Just my thoughts:

If anything pokerstars is protecting themselves not only from a moral/reputational/common sense standpoint, but a legal one as well...when you can make a 10,000 dollar mistake by accidentally mispressing a button or two and overlooking it, pokerstars could definitely open itself up to possible legal action by not correcting such obvious errors.

This is just my opinion and I am not a lawyer, but rather an idiot.

[ QUOTE ]

do you realize that they also deposited money into your account without your consent? Does this bother you at all? Since it isn't about the money, and all about the principal.

Good point!

OP are you even considering the original person this was intended for, you are not trying to [censored] over the sender, your trying to [censored] them over on money they may actualy have a right to (he owes them, or something like that). I dont care if he did win the tourney, maybe he donked off the rest of the cash who knows, but trying to keep this money that isnt yours is potentially [censored] over someone (the original reciever) out of money they may actualy deserve. Your kinda being a [censored] to someone you dont even know, and I mean the reciever not the sender. Why not just shake this off, I know it sucks thinking your going to get a large sum of money just to have it never come through, but [censored], your reaching with this one.
